Link of the Week!

The two links this week are both chock full of great media coming out of the industry as well as students hands currently!

This site strives to collect short films that are quote-unquote "the best of the best". They have student work, festival winning shorts, and branded videos to watch and enjoy.

The Animation Archive has concept art book giveaways, environment and character designs for video games and movies in the industry, and numerous resources for animators to utilize.

They're both fantastic sites to browse and I hope you enjoy them!

Link of the Week!

This week's link is Deja View - the blog of former Disney animator Andreas Deja!
Andreas was supervising animator on characters including Jafar, Scar, and Lilo.
He's currently working on a self-created animated film named Mushka.

Deja's blog is filled with Disney history and analysis of hand-drawn animation.
Enjoy!

Links of the Week

Hey all, it's Link of the Week again, at it's new time.

Similar to my last Link of the Week post, I'm posting a site we really should have posted a long time ago, and is a site everyone should know, if you don't already:

http://www.awn.com/

This week I also have a cool site of sound clips from television and movies. It's a good source of stuff for animation and board tests for extra practice:

'til next time!
