Two links coming at you today!
First, is a very well done short film created by the talents of Wes Ball. Concept: RUIN was created by Wes in a matter of 6 months after finishing up his schooling at the Florida State film school and working for years in the visual effects world. I think that is pretty impressive.
The next link is a good resource/inspiration blog created by professional animators who also like to teach people CG animation through a website called Animation Mentor. They have blog posts of everything from discouragement to time management, and their tips and tricks are sure to be useful.
